H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, delivering a consistent, consultative client experience.
You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set performance expectations, and drive staff readiness, staffing, and operations across locations. You will balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, travel between offices, and alignment of priorities to client outcomes and business results.
