Job description
H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices and ensure a consistent, high‑quality client experience across locations.
You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, lead day‑to‑day operations, staffing, facilities, and compliance, and drive revenue and business results with hands‑on, in‑office leadership. This role also requires frequent travel between offices to maintain in‑person presence and client focus.
