Job description
H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices and ensure excellent client service across locations. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and ensure readiness and compliant operations in all offices.
You will balance strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership, focusing on staffing, facilities, and performance to deliver strong business results and exceptional client experiences.
