H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across all locations. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set clear expectations, and drive performance while balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership.
You’ll own office readiness, staffing, facilities, and day-to-day operations, using data and coaching to deliver strong results and growth across the portfolio.
