H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4–6 offices and ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience.
You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with in-office presence, and drive revenue and operational performance. You will own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations, using data to guide improvements and develop high-performing teams across locations.
