Job description
H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices in the region. You will set expectations for consultative service, operational excellence, and team performance, ensuring every office delivers a high-quality client experience.
As a hands-on leader, you’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with in‑office presence, and drive revenue, growth, and client satisfaction across locations.
