Job description
H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience across all locations.
You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align staffing, operations, and performance, and drive revenue and client satisfaction while maintaining hands-on leadership across offices.
