Job description
H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4-6 retail offices, ensuring a high-quality client experience across locations and guiding consultative service, operations, and business results.
You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, drive execution, staffing, compliance, and readiness, and travel between offices to maintain a strong in-person presence and ensure every office delivers for clients.
