Job description
H&R Block is seeking an Area Experience Leader to supervise 4–6 offices, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality client experience. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and drive performance across locations.
You will own office readiness, staffing, facilities, and daily operations while focusing on client outcomes and business results. Occasional travel and hands‑on leadership are required.
