Job description
US Foods in Phoenix, AZ seeks a strategic HR Manager to align HR with business objectives for Area Staff. You will serve as the primary HR liaison, advise Area Leaders, and drive employee relations initiatives and talent planning.
This role requires 7+ years HR experience, labor relations expertise, and the ability to influence senior leaders. 50% travel and a Bachelor’s in HR are expected; PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
