Job description
Bishop Clean Care is hiring an Area/Site Lead Cleaner to supervise a frontline team of 3–6 cleaners across multiple off-site projects, including commercial openings, residential cleanings, post-construction sites, and renovations.
You will balance hands-on cleaning with team management and on-site training, serving as the primary mentor for new hires to uphold our high standards in a supportive environment.
