Role Description The Area Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Raleigh, NC, responsible for overseeing multiple Taco Bamba locations to ensure consistent operational excellence and guest satisfaction. This role manages and supports location leaders, monitors performance metrics, and implements company standards for food quality, safety, and service. The Area Leader partners with teams to drive sales growth, optimize labor and food costs, and maintain brand integrity across all restaurants in the area. Daily responsibilities include coaching and developing staff, leading training initiatives, resolving guest issues, and coordinating local marketing and community engagement efforts. The Area Leader collaborates with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives and contributes to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, labor reports, and operational metrics and use insights to improve performance.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to share expectations clearly, provide feedback, and collaborate effectively with team members and leadership.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to drive revenue through suggestive selling, promotions, and community outreach, while maintaining a guest-focused approach.
Candidates should possess Training skills to onboard, coach, and develop team members, ensuring consistent execution of Taco Bamba standards and procedures.
Candidates should possess Negotiation skills to resolve conflicts, and balance business priorities with team and guest needs.
Relevant qualifications include prior multi-unit or restaurant management experience, knowledge of food safety and health regulations, and a track record of leading diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with scheduling and inventory systems, basic financial acumen, flexible availability (including evenings and weekends), and the ability to stand for extended periods and move between locations as needed.
