Job description
Wal-Mart Stores East, LP in New Caney, TX is seeking a Maintenance Department Supervisor to lead daily ops of the maintenance team at our facility. You will monitor equipment, enforce safety standards, manage staffing and scheduling, and drive continuous improvements in reliability and cost control.
You will supervise and develop associates, coach leaders, and partner with other departments to ensure uptime and compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and environmental regulations.
