Job description
Bridgestone Americas is seeking an Area Manager to lead store operations across your assigned region. You will supervise store managers, implement Vision 2020 initiatives, and drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
You will manage P&L responsibilities, train leaders in B2B activities, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with regional teams to optimize staffing and performance. This role requires travel across the assigned area.
