Job description
Area ManagerHES Facilities is seeking a highly-qualified individual to serve as Area Manager to support our regional account base that specialized in custodial services for businesses. The position will be responsible for providing operational support through disciplines that may include custodial services, event management, etc. The position will include close contact with the customer, on-site Supervisors and Managers, and the employees. The overall goal will be the ability to achieve long-term successful relationship with the customers that will translate into solid financial results for HES Facilities. This position will oversee multiple accounts which will require local travel.Job duties and responsibilities include acting as an ambassador for HES Facilities company values and philosophy, facilitating and coordinating key personnel and technical/operational processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction, demonstrating high energy, mobility, initiative, and drive to enhance operations and achieve financial success, having passion for training, developing, motivating and investing in team members, possessing a positive and optimistic attitude, ability to communicate effectively with wide range of internal and external customers, desire to achieve excellence and an aversion to mediocrity, ability to delegate, direct and follow up to ensure success in extensive and complex situations, being pro-active and resourceful in nature, and committed to self-development and professional growth.Required qualifications include college degree preferred, progressive management experience in the custodial contracting industry, strong organizational skills, good computer literacy, basic mechanical knowledge, and excellent oral and written communication skills.Salary and benefits include competitive salary and performance bonus plan, medical/dental/life insurance, vacation plan, and 401(k) plan.
