Job description
ERMCO Inc. in Dyersburg, TN is seeking an Area Manager to supervise frontline production teams in our transformer manufacturing facility. You will ensure production is efficient, on schedule, and safe while developing Supervisors for future leadership roles.
The role requires a strong background in manufacturing leadership, proven process improvement skills, and a commitment to quality and safety. Onsite relocation support may be available for the right candidate.
