Job description
Carbon Health is seeking an Area Medical Director to lead 10–15 clinics across the New Jersey market, combining clinical practice with strong operational leadership. You will guide quality of care, provider development, and patient experience while maintaining a hands-on clinical role of about 10 hours per week.
The position requires active medical licensure (MD/DO, NP, or PA) with national certification, and experience in urgent or primary care.
