Job description
Vetco Total Care seeks Area Medical Directors to oversee our general practice hospitals across the San Antonio/Austin market, with travel to other markets as needed. These roles are non-clinical and primarily work from home on Mondays and Fridays, with in-person visits Tue-Thu.
You will mentor hospital teams, hire and develop staff, and drive growth while ensuring high-quality medicine and outstanding client service under Vetco SOPs.
