Job description
Acosta Group in Danvers, MA is seeking an Area Merchandiser Lead to drive retail success across multiple store locations. You will support execution, troubleshoot challenges, and foster relationships with store leadership and team members.
The role requires mentoring or training peers, strong attention to detail, and the ability to travel up to 150-200 miles between locations. A high school diploma or GED is required; 2+ years in grocery retail is preferred.
