Job description
Acosta Group is seeking an Area Merchandiser Lead in Colorado Springs. This role drives retail success across multiple store locations, mentoring peers, and leading complex resets.
The position requires strong retail operations knowledge and the ability to train store personnel while maintaining high standards of execution. Requires 32–35 hours per week, a high school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred or 2+ years grocery retail experience), and reliable transportation for travel.
