Job description
Fellowship of Christian Athletes seeks a Director who will grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding through the Advancement Lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International. The Director aligns with the Regional VP, staff, and boards to fulfill FCA Vision and Mission, live FCA Values, and execute a ministry plan for the assigned area.
The role creates a strategic approach to discipleship in FCA Sports Environments to equip coaches and athletes as disciples who disciple others
