Job description
The FCA seeks a Director of Advancement to grow the ministry across Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International lanes. This leader will work with the Regional Vice President, staff and boards to develop and execute a strategic ministry plan that reflects FCA's mission and biblical standards.
The role emphasizes spiritual leadership, fundraising, staffing, and donor engagement to sustain and expand FCA programs.
