Job description
Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants seeks an Area Operations Coach to oversee operations within an assigned wing of restaurants. This full-time exempt role reports to the Director of Operations and drives productivity and operational excellence.
The candidate will own KPIs and financial performance, manage budgeting/forecasting, and ensure managers meet performance standards. Expect frequent restaurant visits and leadership development of managers.
