Job description
The Dermatology Specialists is seeking an Area Operations Manager to lead 10 to 15 dermatology centers within the defined region. You will be responsible for P&L, staffing, budgets, and driving patient satisfaction.
You will collaborate with the Regional Medical Director to align clinical and operational priorities, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements while traveling weekly to centers to ensure consistent standards and growth.
