Job description
Heidelberg Materials in Vancouver, WA is seeking an Area Manager for Ready Mix (RMC) to oversee operations across the Portland metro area. You will drive daily performance, implement policies, manage budgets and forecasts, and lead a high‑performing team across multiple sites.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or logistics (or equivalent), 5+ years of RMC experience and 3+ years in a managerial role, plus strong leadership, communication, and safety discipline.
