Operations Manager Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within cleaning services or janitorial operations
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required )
Valid driver’s license
Demonstrates a friendly, positive attitude
Ability to work Monday through Friday
Operations Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Hire, train, and develop site cleaners and team leaders to ensure high performance
Oversee operations and maintain quality standards across 25+ client buildings/locations
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets established standards
Foster strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
