Job description
Amazon.com is seeking an Area Manager in Massachusetts to lead a team of hourly associates and drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will engage staff during shifts and collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, and HR to meet performance objectives.
The role requires 2+ years of people-management experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays at delivery-station sites with varying conditions.
