3M is seeking an Area Product Manager for Coated Abrasives in Maplewood, MN (USAC). You will manage the portfolio lifecycle, pricing, and marketing programs, collaborating across global teams to drive growth and NPI success.
The role requires on-site work at the 3M Center in Maplewood, with up to 25% travel in US/Canada. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or higher, 5 years in marketing or sales, and strong leadership and analytical skills. MBA is a plus.
