Job description
UnionMain Homes is seeking an Area Sales Manager in Flower Mound, TX to lead the on-site sales team and drive revenue through strategic business development. You will recruit, train, and mentor sales staff, review CMAs, and build brand awareness with realtors and local employers to expand market presence.
You must leverage HubSpot CRM and Office tools to monitor performance, report results, and resolve contract issues while sustaining a professional, growth-oriented team environment.
