Eaton’s North American Sales Division is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead a district in California. Based in Bakersfield, City of Industry, Fresno, Pleasanton, Roseville, or San Diego, you will oversee a sales team, manage customers and distribution channels, and drive growth in market share.
You will develop talent, implement sales strategies, provide technical guidance, and ensure strong margins while maintaining customer satisfaction across the district.
