Job description
The Courtyard by Marriott and Hampton Inn & Suites Santa Monica, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seek an Area Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and catering teams for the Santa Monica complex located near the Pier.
You will drive direct sales, digital marketing, and revenue management, oversee rate and space commitments, and maximize total revenue while delivering exceptional guest experiences across brand properties. Strong leadership and local market knowledge are essential.
