Job description
General Dynamics - Bath Iron Works seeks an Area Supervisor, Ships Completion to lead trade teams in support of ship/unit construction schedules, under the BOS framework.
You will mentor Front Line Supervisors, drive safety and quality, coordinate with Production Control and unions, and identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring QA compliance.
Requires at least 5 years of shipyard experience and familiarity with MACPAC; BIW Apprenticeship program graduate preferred.
