You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of clients and their propertiesMonitor surveillance systems and report any suspicious activities or security breachesRespond to security incidents and emergencies, following established protocols and proceduresMaintain accurate and detailed records of all security activities and incidentsProvide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employeesMaintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all timesCollaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as neededConduct security checks of vehicles, bags, and personal belongings as requiredEnforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environmentAssist with training and mentoring new security personnel as neededPerform other duties as assigned by the Security Supervisor or Management teamQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years of experience in security or a related fieldValid security license or ability to obtain oneStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm and professional in high-stress situationsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of security procedures and protocolsPhysical ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods of timeMust be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysMust have a valid driver's license and reliable transportationWorking ConditionsOr refer someone
