Job description
Gentiva Hospice is seeking an Area Vice President of Business Development to lead and inspire high-performing sales teams across multiple territories. You will drive market growth, strengthen referral networks with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and ALFs, and align sales strategies with patient care goals.
You’ll build capable regional teams, optimize performance metrics, and collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure admissions, census, and revenue targets are met.
