You'll work hands-on with advanced machinery, ensure quality at every step, and build real expertise through a fully paid training program at our Texas and Oklahoma facilities.What You'll DoSet up and operate CNC equipment — Saws, Drills, Peddiwriters, and Camber machines — with precision and confidenceLoad and unload raw materials, maintaining uninterrupted production flowPerform continuous quality checks against detailed blueprints and engineering drawingsUphold strict safety and accuracy standards on every shiftPaid Training ProgramSelected candidates receive fully company-funded training — hands-on time our fabrication plants in Texas and Oklahoma.RequiredStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to follow technical instructions and safety protocolsWillingness to travel during the initial training periodPreferredExperience in manufacturing or structural steel fabricationAbility to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawingsPrior CNC machine operationNo CNC experience?
