Job description
E-Space Inc. in Arlington, TX is hiring an HR People Partner to serve as the onsite ER resource for a growing, diverse workforce.
You will coach managers, support onboarding, and manage employee relations across Texas and remote international teams. Ideal candidates will have 3–5+ years in HR/People Partner roles with stand-alone ER responsibility, experience in regulated, process-driven environments, and familiarity with HRIS systems (Rippling preferred).
