Job description
EGPS is seeking Safe School Officers to provide a visible, disciplined security presence on assigned Florida campus locations. Officers must protect students, staff, visitors, and school property while displaying professionalism, sound judgment, and calm leadership during emergencies.
Required licenses include Florida Class D, Class G firearm licenses, and Concealed Weapon/Firearm license, plus a high school diploma. A Guardian Academy path with a two-year commitment may be offered.
