Armed Security Guard PositionWe are hiring Armed Security Guards to support a U.S. Government emergency response site in Maui, Hawaii. This is a full-time, ground-based assignment requiring professional, licensed armed personnel to secure government-managed facilities and infrastructure in Lahaina and the surrounding area. Applicants must already be based in Hawaii or self-relocating, as no travel or lodging reimbursement is provided.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide armed security at a U.S. Government facility in an emergency operations zoneMonitor site access and enforce credentialing proceduresPatrol and protect critical assets, infrastructure, and supply routesRespond to incidents, threats, or suspicious activity professionally and efficientlyComplete security logs and detailed incident reportsCoordinate with local authorities and federal representatives as neededMaintain a strong, composed presence in disaster-affected environmentsAssignment DetailsLocation: Lahaina / Maui, HI (government-designated operations area)Start Date: ImmediateDuration: F/T, annually with possibility of extensionCompensation PackageHourly Rate: Up to $55/hr, depending on experience and qualificationsSchedule: 12-hour shifts (rotating days/nights), 5–6 days per weekBonuses: $1,000 quarterly retention bonusBenefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off accrual, Company-issued uniforms and duty gear.RequirementsMandatory RequirementsActive Hawaii State Firearms PermitLocation-Specific Authorization for Maui AssignmentValid Hawaii Armed Guard CardMinimum age 21High school diploma or GEDClean criminal background and drug testValid driver's licensePhysically capable of working 12-hour shifts in outdoor settingsPreferred ExperienceMilitary, law enforcement, or federal government contract experiencePrior deployment to disaster/emergency zonesFEMA ICS/NIMS training (100, 200, or 700)CPR/First Aid certifiedPublic Trust, Secret, or TS/SCI security clearance (current or prior)
