Armed Security Officer
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 10pm-10am
Location: Portland, Oregon

Competitive Pay: Licensed Armed Guard $25.00-$28.00/hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
Ensure the safety and security of employees and visitors by maintaining a secure environment.
Conduct foot patrols in designated areas to deter criminal activities and enforce client policies.
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, ensuring a swift and effective resolution.
Adhere to post orders, ensuring that proper security procedures are followed for every situation.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Possession of a Oregon DPSST Armed Security Guard License is required prior to applying.
Strong conflict management skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations.
Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment with minimal supervision.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Professional appearance, dependable work ethic, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience is strongly preferred.
Firearm Advisory: All Pro Security, LLC does not permit the use of any Sig Sauer P320 pistol, regardless of model, version, age, configuration, or condition. Applicants must be willing and able to carry a company-approved sidearm that complies with All Pro Security policies and standards.
