Armed Security Officer (Day Shift)NH, NashuaCrane Currency has an immediate position opening for an Armed Security Officer, based out of Nashua, New Hampshire. This is a rotating 3 days on 3 days off shift schedule. The hours are 6:45am to 7:00pm. Global economies and brands rely on you and your peers to assess potential threats to building security from those who look to steal their product or our intellectual property.Your primary responsibilities include facility security and asset protection, observation and reporting, communication and training and emergency response.Monitor access control, intrusion detection and surveillance systems and investigate unusual activity.Prevent unauthorized access to the premises by engaging in Security Questioning or contacting local law enforcement.Use non-deadly force or firearms for self-defense or defense of another person per policies and procedures.Inspect all outgoing parcels and track the receipt of secure material shipped from the facility.Perform interior and exterior visual patrols, reporting vulnerabilities, potential hazards, unusual findings, or ideas for improvements.Comprehensive incident reporting of unusual activity and investigative outcome.Enforce all safety and security policies and procedures and report violations to the Security Supervisor.Provide basic medical care and facilitate access for Emergency Responders in the event of an emergency.We are a passionate team of 1,200 creators and problem solvers, united by our purpose, we give people confidence every day in moments that matter.
