Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Professional supporting a busy retail location. You will drive to conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This role calls for integrity, teamwork, reliability, agility, and innovation while helping create a welcoming environment for shoppers and staff.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $17.25 / Hour21+ Years of Age Active Armed Guard Card/License Valid Driver's LicenseJob Schedule:Day TimeMon 12:00 PM - 11:30 PMTue 12:00 PM - 11:30 PMWed 12:00 PM - 11:30 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting local law enforcement and emergency services as directed by site procedures.Conduct regular and random armed patrols of retail sales areas, receiving areas, parking lots, perimeter locations, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity.Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations according to site-specific procedures.Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain required documentation for daily activities, observations, and response actions.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.A Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas only.An Armed Guard Card or License is preferred.Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Participate in industry-specific security training programs.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
