As the 3rd largest security services provider, our 175k+ team members in 36 countries combine and adapt global best practices to match the unique nature of each market we serve and partner with Electronic Security, Global Risk Services, CyberSecurity, and Remote Services (iSOC) divisions to create meaningful 'Hybrid Security' solutions for Prospects.Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, identifying potential security breaches or hazardsDeter, detect, and respond to security threats or incidents promptly and professionallyControl access points and monitor premises to prevent unauthorized accessProvide emergency response, including de-escalation, arrest control, and restraining individuals as necessaryMaintain clear and concise incident reports and documentation for all security-related incidentsEngage with individuals in a courteous and professional manner to enforce rules and regulationsCoordinate with local law enforcement when requiredQualifications and Requirements:Background in Military Police, law enforcement, or certified corrections is requiredMust have own firearm and a valid license to carry; an armed guard license is required in applicable statesCertified in arrest control, handcuff, and baton use is preferredCapable of performing physical duties such as patrolling, responding to incidents, and managing potentially intense confrontationsUnderstanding of and commitment to all local, state, and federal security and firearm regulationsAbility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as neededPreferred Qualifications:Must have obtained Top Security Clearance in the past 5 yearsMust have obtained a Security Clearance in the past 5 yearsPreferred Skills:Strong observational skills with a keen attention to detailExcellent communication and de-escalation abilitiesHigh level of professionalism and discretionPrior training or certification in security management, conflict resolution, or emergency responsePhysical Requirements:Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periodsCapable of lifting or moving objects up to 50 lbs as neededThis position plays a critical role in ensuring a safe and secure environment for our clients.
