Job description
Residential Transitions, Inc. (RTI) seeks ARMHS Mental Health Practitioners to support clients in the community under individualized treatment plans. You will collaborate, listen actively, and document progress toward goals in communication, living skills, and crisis intervention.
You will report to the program manager in a full-time position, with travel within Dakota County and surrounding areas and a strong emphasis on person-centered care and cultural competence.
