Be Inter-Con!We offer a full range of benefits: • Competitive pay starting at $35.13 an hour plus an additional $5.50 an hour for health benefits • Medical, Dental, Vision Plans • Paid Time Off • Recognition and Reward Programs • Training and Career DevelopmentLocation: Washington, DCQualificationsSpecific Requirements:Be a minimum of 21 years of ageMust be a citizen of the United StatesPossess a high school diploma or GED equivalentAbility to obtain and maintain a Secret clearanceFluent in both the written and spoken English languagePossess a valid United States driver's license1) Must possess valid certifications from the manufacturer or other source of instruction approved by DS/PSP/DEAV on all weapons identified in the contract.2) Must possess a minimum of four (4) years of military (USMC MOS 2111, Army 45B/91F, or equivalent) or law enforcement armorer experience.3) Must possess the ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to fifty (50) pounds.Work Environment and Schedule • Job operates in client sites which could be indoors or outdoors. • Position requires prolonged standing and walking, in the performance of daily security activities. • Open availability Nights, Weekends, Holidays and overtime as directed (overtime occurs). • Work various shifts and Holidays as assigned. • Must maintain flexibility regarding job assignments and locations. • Time flexibility depending on the needs of the company.Veterans Inter-Con is passionate about hiring veterans.
