nSchedule:4x10-hour shifts (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Thursday)
nEmployment Type:Full-Time, 40 hours per week (W-2)
nCompensation:$70-$78/hr

nPosition Overview
nWe’re seeking a passionate full-time, on-siteNurse PractitionerorPhysician Assistantto join the Renton clinic team. In this role, you’ll provide life-changing care to patients throughout the continuum of recovery - from initial stabilization to long-term maintenance.
nResponsibilities include:
nnnConduct new and established patient assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with substance use disorders, including opioids, alcohol, stimulants, and sedatives

nnInitiate and manage patients on buprenorphine and other maintenance medications for substance use disorders
n
nnAdminister long-acting injectable medications (buprenorphine, naltrexone)
n
nnMonitor response to treatment, adjust medications, and review lab results
n
nnCollaborate with behavioral health and care coordination teams
n
nnDocument appropriately in our EMR (eCW)
n
nnDeliver care both in-person and via telemedicine
n
