Job description
Summary:The QTI Group has partnered with a growing Middleton-area company to identify 1-2 Temporary Art Assistants to support their team during a busy peak season. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in Adobe Creative Suite who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time temporary assignment expected to run through January 15, 2027. The position is onsite in Middleton, WI, with a flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Compensation starts at $17.00 per hour and is based on experience.
Responsibilities:Assist with artwork proofing and review processes.
Review proofs to ensure accuracy and quality.
Verify logo placement, colors, decoration methods, and product details.
Help ensure projects are completed within established timelines.
Serve as a final quality check before proofs are shared with customers.
Support the team with additional artwork-related and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro and/or Adobe Illustrator preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
