Location: Dania Beach, FL (Onsite 5 Days/Week - no exceptions unfortunately)

Our client, a Dania Beach creative agency is seeking a strong Senior Art Director to drive the creative ideation and execution of integrated marketing, branding, and advertising initiatives. This role will oversee the development of compelling visual concepts, ensure brand consistency across all channels, and lead creative teams through the execution of high-impact campaigns.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of agency and travel and/or hospitality experience, with a proven ability to develop and execute engaging print and digital campaigns. They should possess a deep understanding of brand storytelling, consumer engagement, and hospitality marketing, coupled with a portfolio that demonstrates creative excellence across multiple platforms. Responsibilities Develop creative concepts and visual strategies that support marketing and business objectives.
Lead the design and execution of branding initiatives, advertising campaigns, websites, social media content and promotional materials.
Mentor and oversee designers, production artists, photographers, illustrators, and freelance creative professionals.
Review and approve creative assets to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
Collaborate with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to deliver effective visual solutions.
Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.
Manage multiple projects while balancing deadlines, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate with vendors, printers, photographers, video editors, and external partners to support production and delivery.
Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows and production efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, advertising, or creative services.
Previous creative leadership or team management experience.
Experience developing campaigns for hospitality, lifestyle, travel, restaurant, hotel, or other consumer-focused brands.
Strong portfolio showcasing print, digital, and multimedia work.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, UX/UI design, Figma, or web design.
Experience leading integrated print and digital campaigns from concept to execution.
Knowledge of emerging creative technologies and digital marketing trends.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
