nResponsibilities

nTasks and responsibilities include the following:

nnnCreate and communicate concepts

n

nnDesign comps, storyboards, initial graphic concepts, and final deliverables

n

nnFoster a collaborative environment

n

nnCommunicate and articulate concept rationales

n

nnBrainstorm and develop campaigns

n

nnWork with the client on multiple projects at once

n

nnAssist the Creative Director in improving the technical and creative performance of the Creative group

n

nnPartner with copywriters to ensure that the copy and voice support the concepts

n

n nQualifications

nnn4-year degree

n

nn2-4 years of Art Direction and strong digital design work experience

n

nnCreative agency experience desired

n

nnExpert use of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

n

nnRobust design portfolio with combination of print and web

n

nnMastery of all design tools, platforms, and versions of applicable software programs

n

nnExperience with strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development, and creative execution

n

nnStrong typographical, motion graphic, and interaction design skills

n

nnCandidate must be open to travel as needed

nCompensation Range: USD $66,120.00 - USD $101,790.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
