Job description
Arthrex, a global medical device company, seeks a Regional Manager-Arthroplasty for the Southwest region. Based in Los Angeles, the role oversees sales performance, training and activities with the sales force, surgeons, and accounts across Southern CA and surrounding states.
Travel is extensive, with base compensation plus commissions and bonus. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in Arthroplasty sales, and strong leadership and communication skills.
