Job description
Texas Southmost College is seeking a Department Chair to provide academic and program leadership for transfer and career/technical programs. You will mentor faculty, interpret policy, and collaborate with college administrators to shape curriculum and improve student learning.
The role requires strong communication, oversight of schedules, assessments, and faculty evaluations, plus ensuring resources and textbook procurement. Evening or weekend hours may be required for deadlines and events.
